We are a factory and also operate a trading company to provide comprehensive service to our clients.
How can I get samples?
Samples are acceptable. We strive to offer samples within 10 days. Please contact us to arrange your sample order quickly.
What are your packing and shipping standards?
We use 5-layer strong cartons with foam packaging for maximum protection. Custom packaging requirements can be accommodated upon request.
Is it possible to add a client's logo to the products?
Yes, we provide professional OEM services and can incorporate your logo into the products.
How long does mass production take?
Normal production time is approximately 30 days after order confirmation. For special projects or custom orders, please consult our team for a specific timeline.
What is your standard payment term?
Our standard terms are 30% advance T/T with the remaining 70% before shipment, or 100% L/C at sight.
