What is the quality guarantee for your products?
We provide a 3-5 year quality guarantee. If any defect is confirmed to be caused by manufacturing, we take responsibility for professional maintenance support.
How can I obtain a sample?
Samples are available upon request. The sample charge is prepaid and is fully refundable when you place a subsequent bulk order.
What are the payment terms?
We accept T/T and Western Union. A 30% deposit is required before production, with the remaining 70% balance paid before delivery.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Regular product shipments can be arranged within 25 to 30 days after the receipt of the deposit.
Can we customize the product with our own branding?
Yes, we can laser print customer logos on products. We require a logo usage authorization letter to proceed with custom branding.
