What are the available payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance against the copy of B/L via T/T. L/C is also acceptable depending on the total order amount. For small amounts, we accept PayPal and Western Union.
What is the typical delivery timeframe?
Normally, it takes around 20 days for a 20ft container. Mass production delivery generally ranges from 20 to 50 days after sample confirmation, depending on style and quantity.
Do you offer OEM or customization services?
Yes, we provide both ODM and OEM services. We can manufacture products according to customer designs, including the creation of new molds and dies.
What materials are used in the construction?
Our sinks are primarily manufactured using high-quality Stainless Steel 304 or 316, featuring a polished or nano scratch-resistant surface treatment.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
