We offer a five-year guarantee for our quartz products to ensure long-term durability and customer satisfaction.
What are the available payment terms?
Normally, we accept 30% deposits and 70% balance against the copy of B/L via T/T. L/C is also acceptable depending on the total order amount. For small amounts, PayPal or Western Union can be arranged.
What is the typical delivery lead time?
For a 20ft container, it usually takes around 20 days. Mass production delivery typically ranges from 20 to 50 days after sample confirmation, depending on quantity and style.
Can you provide OEM or ODM services?
Yes, we provide both OEM and ODM services. We can customize selections from existing products or create entirely new designs with new molds and dies fabrications.
Is the color of the quartz sink painted on the surface?
No, the color is consistent throughout the entire thickness of the material, which prevents fading and ensures the texture remains velvety and pleasant to the touch.
How long does sample delivery take?
For normal products in stock, sample delivery typically takes between 7 to 10 days.
