How many years of quality guarantee do you provide?
We provide 3-5 years quality guarantee for our products. If any defect is confirmed to be caused by our manufacturing, we will be responsible for free maintenance.
How can I get a sample?
Samples are available. The sample charge is prepaid and is refundable upon placing a bulk order in the future.
What are the payment terms?
We accept T/T and Western Union. Terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance paid before delivery.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Regular products can be arranged for shipment within 25 to 30 days after receiving the deposit.
Can you print our logo on the product?
Yes, we can laser print a customer's logo on the product with proper authorization. A logo usage authorization letter is required.
