Can you produce according to the samples?
Yes, we provide OEM & ODM services. We can customize products according to your requirements, including shapes, printing logos, colors, and packaging.
What are your terms of delivery?
Our standard delivery terms are EXW and FOB.
How long is your delivery time?
Generally, it takes 10-15 days if the goods are in stock. For non-stock items, it typically takes 15-25 days, depending on the order quantity.
Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Yes, we perform 100% testing before delivery. We create pre-production samples and conduct final inspections before shipment to ensure quality.
What are your terms of payment?
We accept TT and DP (negotiable). For payments under 2000 USD, 100% in advance. For payments over 2000 USD, 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before shipment or against inspection.
