Q2. How many years of quality guarantee for your products?
We provide a 3-5 year quality guarantee for our products. If any defect is confirmed to be caused by manufacturing, we will be responsible for providing maintenance.
Q3. How to get a sample?
Samples are available; however, the sample charge is prepaid and is refundable if you place a bulk order in the future.
Q4. What are the payment terms?
We accept T/T and Western Union. A 30% deposit is required before production, with the remaining 70% balance paid before delivery.
Q5. What about the delivery time?
Regular products can be arranged for shipment within 25 to 30 days after receiving the deposit.
Q6. Can the factory print our logo/brand on the product?
The factory can laser print a customer's logo on the product with written permission and a logo usage authorization letter.
