We are a factory located in specialized production hubs and run a trading company as well to provide comprehensive service.
How can I get samples?
Samples are acceptable. We strive to provide samples within 10 days. Please contact us to arrange your sample order quickly.
What are the packing and shipping standards?
We use 5-layer strong cartons with protective foam for packaging. Special requirements can be accommodated upon request.
Is it possible to add a custom logo to the products?
Yes, OEM service is fully acceptable and we can include your branding on the products.
How long is the mass production lead time?
Typically, it takes 30 days after order confirmation. For special projects or large-scale orders, please consult our team for a specific timeline.
What is your standard payment term?
Our standard terms are 30% advance T/T with 70% before shipment, or 100% L/C at sight.
