How can I get samples?
Samples are acceptable. We will try our best to offer samples within 10 days. Please contact us to arrange your order quickly.
What are your packing and shipping standards?
We use 5-layer strong cartons and foam for packaging. If you have specific requirements, please let us know.
Is it possible to add a client's logo to the products?
Yes, OEM services are fully acceptable and we can include your logo on the products.
What is the lead time for mass production?
Typically, it is 30 days after order confirmation. For special or project orders, please discuss the timeline with our team.
What is your payment term?
Our standard terms are 30% advance T/T and 70% before shipment, or 100% L/C at sight.
