Q1: Do you offer a sample?
A: Samples can be sent for your reference, but a charge is required. After making a formal order, the cost of samples will be cut from the total amount.
Q2: What if we order a small quantity of your items?
A: We understand that it is not easy to order a large quantity for a new item, so initially, we could accept a small quantity to help you open your market step by step.
Q3: Can your factory offer help with marketing and design?
A: We have a professional R&D and QC team, supporting OEM and ODM services. You can send your samples or design ideas for customized models, and we can also make the packaging according to your design.
Q4: How is your production capability?
A: We have 2 gas kilns, and our factory produces 3,000 pcs/per day with stable quality and on-time delivery.
Q5: What are your payment and trade terms?
A: Our regular terms are EXW for small orders and FOB for full containers. Payment by 100% T/T before shipment.
